Light a Candle
Gloria Jean Croft Crane Born September 13th, 1962, died December 16th, 2023. She is preceded in death by both parents, grandmother “Granny Pud", and son Nathan Crane. She is survived by her partner Wade Crane, and 3 daughters, Danielle Croft, Sarah Kiniment (husband Gregory Holcomb), and Autumn Crane. Grandchildren Jeramiah, Taylor, Amber, Wyatt, and great-grandchild, Blaizelynn, a beloved niece Pamela Croft, 1 brother and 1 sister, and many other family and friends. Gloria lived hard, partied hard, fought hard, and loved hard; she was human and made mistakes. She was also exceedingly kind, loving, and giving of what little she had. If you needed a person to confide in, a shoulder to cry on, or even an encouraging word you could always count on her to be there for you. Gloria taught her children that you work with what you have and just keep going and this will get you through whatever is happening in life. Gloria often said her love language was food, and this was obvious to those who knew her best as she always had food and offered it to anyone who would walk through her door even if it was Jesus. She loved her children and grandchildren beyond measure and frequently told them so. Gloria gave her life to Christ and would tell anyone who asked that she believes in the power of prayer and Jesus is her Lord and Savior so while we say farewell to her mortal flesh, we know we will see her again someday so not goodbye but see you later. A brief memorial service will be held at Mission Park South located at 1700 SE Military Dr, San Antonio, TX 78214 on Wednesday, January 3rd, 2024, at 2 pm. We will gather at Nathan Crane’s grave to say farewell one last time as this will be her final resting place per her request.
